Every company is expected to prepare Audited financial statements every year, in accordance with the requirements of schedule 2 of CAMA and the statements of accounting standards to disclose with reasonable accuracy, at any time, the financial position of the company.

We also conduct review engagements and internal audit services that are different from traditional or statutory audit. Our internal review engagement is intended to evaluate the adequacy of controls and to make recommendations for improvement.

Under our audit and assurance services, we shall examine the financial statements prepared by organizations in accordance with the international auditing standards and practices as laid down by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
